1. Who is responsible for your data?

2. What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect the information you choose to provide:

• email address;
• phone number;
• your consent to be contacted about PandaMoney early access;
• the positioning variant shown to you and any UTM campaign parameters in the URL;
• submission time and the page URL, where technically available.

We do not ask for or collect a child's name, birthday, school, photo, address, interests or other child-specific information through this page.

3. Why we use this information

We use waitlist information to manage early access, contact interested parents about PandaMoney, understand which positioning messages attract interest, maintain the security of the website and respond to requests.

For the waitlist, the primary legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.

4. Who receives the information?

The website currently uses FormSubmit as a form relay so that submissions can be delivered to prodmic@gmail.com. Hosting, email and infrastructure providers may process data when they provide services to us. We do not sell waitlist information.

Some service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, the relevant provider and transfer mechanism must be assessed under applicable data-protection law. Please also review the relevant provider's own privacy terms.

5. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the early-access programme, communicate with interested families, handle legal obligations and resolve disputes. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to information we must retain by law or for legitimate legal claims.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us for access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability or information about how your data is used. You may object where the legal basis permits objection and may withdraw consent at any time.

7. Children and PandaMoney

This website is directed to parents and adult caregivers. Children should not submit information or join the waitlist independently. PandaMoney is an experimental concept and is not presented as a certified children's safety product or a replacement for parental, educational or professional judgement.

8. Changes

We may update this notice when the website, the waitlist or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will show when the latest version was published.
